Three Cases of Giant Hydronephrosis Diagnosed by Percutaneous Antegrade Pyelography.

The authors experienced three cases of giant hydronephrosis due to congenital obstruction at the ureteropelvic junction, which were diagnosed by physical examination, ultrasonogram of the abdomen, intravenous pyelography and percutaneous antegrade pyelography. We reported here the clinical, laboratory and radiological data of these cases with brief review of literature.

The authors experienced a case of massive spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage in anotherwise healthy 21-day-old breast fed male infant. There were no evidences of external trauma.
